**Job Title** Senior Solution Architect **Role Summary** Design, architect, and implement Agiloft CLM solutions for enterprise customers worldwide. Drive scalable, maintainable system configurations, mentor junior architects, manage client engagement, and provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the platform. **Expectations** - Remote, fully‑remote with up to 10 % travel. - 4–8 years of solution architecture experience in the legal tech or CLM space (or equivalent SaaS architecture experience). - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems). - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deliver on timelines, and meet client expectations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead the end‑to‑end design and architecture of customer Agiloft instances. 2. Capture, analyze, and document client requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions. 3. Draft comprehensive design documents and implementation plans for cross‑functional teams. 4. Mentor junior architects and provide constructive feedback to raise deliverable quality. 5. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, resolving issues with a solutions‑focused mindset. 6. Deliver training and documentation to ensure successful adoption by client teams. 7. Collect and communicate client product feedback to engineering for continuous improvement. 8. Support and advise system integration partners on implementation strategy and configuration. 9. Contribute to internal initiatives that streamline implementation processes and elevate client success. **Required Skills** - Proven SaaS architecture and contract lifecycle management expertise. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including database concepts (SQL) and data modeling. - API integration experience (REST/GraphQL), scripting or coding fundamentals. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and data‑wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx); familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills. - Leadership and mentorship abilities in a cross‑functional environment. - Project management skills: managing timelines, scope, and client expectations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related technical field. - Optional certifications: Salesforce Administrator/Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Agile Practitioner (PMI‑ACP, ScrumMaster), or relevant legal‑tech/CLM credentials.
