Job Description: **Job Title** Director Client Strategy **Role Summary** Senior strategic leader responsible for guiding pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients through evidence generation (HEOR & RWE) projects. Drives client relationships, consults on study design, and mentors cross‑functional teams while contributing to business growth and proposal development. **Expectations** - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to high‑level client stakeholders. - Deliver strategic, evidence‑based recommendations that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements. - Exhibit strong business‑development acumen; actively expand the firm’s RWE/HEOR portfolio. - Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead and manage end‑to‑end RWE and HEOR projects for clients, overseeing study design, data source selection, and analytical methods. 2. Conduct strategic consultations with existing and prospective clients, defining project scope, messaging, and dissemination plans. 3. Mentor, supervise, and develop junior scientists and consultants. 4. Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to generate new business, contribute to proposals, and identify revenue‑generating opportunities. 5. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging analytical techniques. 6. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and regulatory submissions when needed. **Required Skills** - Visionary strategic thinking and consultative communication. - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment. - Strong project management, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills. - Effective negotiation and relationship‑building with C‑level stakeholders. - Ability to draft persuasive business proposals and value‑driver presentations. - Advanced analytical skills in study design, data analytics, and outcome modelling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s or PhD / PharmD in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), or related discipline. - 7+ years of consulting experience in RWE/HEOR, preferably with global and U.S. exposure. - Demonstrated leadership in HEOR and RWE research methods, including design and analysis. - Experience in proposal writing and business‑development activities is preferred. ---
