Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Associate Role Summary: Support end-to-end onboarding of new private‑market clients, coordinating logistics, project tracking, stakeholder communication, and post‑launch support to ensure smooth platform adoption. Expectations: Deliver timely and accurate implementations for Emerging & Established customers, maintain high standards of documentation and follow‑up, and act as a liaison between clients and product, engineering, and digitization teams. Key Responsibilities: - Execute predefined onboarding workflows for new clients. - Track, update, and report project plans and milestones. - Schedule and coordinate meetings across internal teams and with clients. - Ensure timely follow‑ups, documentation, and communication via Slack, Notion, and Salesforce. - Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation, addressing questions and facilitating information flow to internal teams. - Provide post‑implementation support: triage platform issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and resolve bugs, and document solutions. - Collect client feedback after launch and identify process improvement opportunities. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of customer‑facing or project coordination experience, preferably in SaaS. - Proven onboarding or implementation background. - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with work‑management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Front, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce). - Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to diverse stakeholders. - Ability to liaise between cross‑functional teams and translate technical details to users. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific industry certifications required.
