Job Description: Job Title: Solutions Engineer (post‑sales) Role Summary: Serve as the technical bridge between customers and Notabene’s API‑first platform, designing solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements while delivering post‑sale support and documentation. Expectations: - Design, deploy, and iterate technical solutions for enterprise customers. - Provide Level 2 technical support and act as the primary contact for API integration queries. - Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and support teams to align platform capabilities with customer needs. - Produce and maintain high‑quality technical documentation and proof‑of‑concept artifacts. - Own multiple priorities, manage timelines, and ensure accountability across projects. Key Responsibilities 1. **Solution Design (≈30 %)** – Architect API‑based integrations that satisfy customer goals and comply with global/local regulations. 2. **Post‑Sale Support (≈30 %)** – Resolve L2 technical issues using tools such as Datadog; serve as the main point of contact for integration questions. 3. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration (≈15 %)** – Work with product, engineering, regulatory, and customer success to enable scalable compliance solutions. 4. **Technical Documentation (≈15 %)** – Create and keep up‑to‑date API docs in Postman and README files. 5. **Proof‑of‑Concept & Build (≈10 %)** – Deliver POCs to accelerate customer onboarding and develop internal tools and dashboards. Required Skills - 4+ years in customer‑facing technical roles within Enterprise B2B SaaS; experience in RegTech, FinTech, or blockchain preferred. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and integration workflows. - Proven problem‑solving aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent project management – juggling multiple concurrent priorities with clear ownership. - Client‑first mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Basic coding (JavaScript, Python, or similar) and SQL proficiency. - Familiarity with security/privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR (desirable but not mandatory). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications in API development, cloud services, or compliance (optional but advantageous).
