Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Founding‑team member responsible for building, scaling, and owning the brand’s organic social media presence across multi‑platform channels, driving acquisition, community, and influencer partnerships.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth from scratch, achieve early traction for a category‑defining product, maintain high ownership, and contribute directly to revenue generation within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups, Discord, and emerging platforms.
- Produce daily short‑form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) including education, behind‑the‑scenes, viral, and community‑driven posts; film, edit, and publish independently.
- Drive organic growth: craft Reddit thread and comment strategies, engage niche food, startup, and chef communities, and leverage Facebook, Discord, and niche forums for acquisition.
- Recruit, manage, and structure micro‑influencer and affiliate partnerships that deliver measurable user acquisition.
- Build and nurture an early community, responding to DMs, comments, and driving advocacy.
- Implement AI‑driven tools for ideation, content generation, editing, trend analysis, and workflow automation.
- Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks, viral loops, founder‑led storytelling, and unconventional activations.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts from zero to traction.
- Hands‑on expertise in video creation, editing, and publishing.
- Deep understanding of engagement metrics and organic growth mechanics across paid and free channels.
- Experience managing creator/affiliate relationships and structuring performance‑based collaborations.
- Strong community engagement ability and verbal communication skills.

Required Education & Certifications:
