Job Description

Job title: Technology Internship (Summer 2026) Role Summary: Summer internship focused on supporting data and AI initiatives to improve decision‑making and streamline operations in a sports apparel manufacturing environment. Expactations: Student in penultimate or final year of a STEM degree, proactive and collaborative, with strong analytical and communication skills, ready to contribute from day one, adaptable to change, and open to learning and applying AI concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of data and AI projects that drive business insights. - Map, document, and analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement opportunities. - Support system development activities, including testing, implementation, and post‑deployment reviews to enhance operational performance. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and ensure project alignment with business objectives. Required Skills: - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI). - Basic understanding of AI/machine learning principles and relevant software. - Process modeling and documentation abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork orientation. - Problem‑solving mindset, initiative, and adaptability to evolving priorities.
