Job Description

Job Title: Apprenti Data Analyst F/H Role Summary: Learning‑to‑earn apprenticeship in data analytics. Supports senior analysts in data extraction, automation, and BI dashboard maintenance while developing expertise in Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI, and cloud solutions on AWS. Expectations: - Complete all assigned training modules and adhere to the lesson schedule. - Deliver quality work within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate effectively with the Data team and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in data extraction and data management tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Develop and automate data pipelines using Python scripts and VBA macros to streamline workflows. - Maintain and optimize BI dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio. - Contribute to the design, deployment, and monitoring of solutions on AWS and other cloud infrastructures. - Enforce data protection and GDPR compliance, applying best practices to all datasets and reporting tools. - Update and refine dashboards, reports, and documentation as business needs evolve. - Draft technical guides and documentation for internal processes. - Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices; propose innovative solutions. Required Skills: - Strong command of SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, and Power BI. - Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda). - Ability to automate and optimize data flows, integrating disparate data sources. - Excellent written and verbal communication; translate analytical outcomes for non‑technical audiences. - Curiosity, dynamism, rigor, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a bac+4 or bac+5 program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Big Data. - Knowledge of AWS and Power BI is expected; formal certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
