Job Description: Job Title: Consultant – CIO Advisory Role Summary: Lead strategic consulting engagements on digital transformation and IT innovation for public sector clients, managing project delivery, guiding senior consultants, and delivering client‑centric solutions. Expectations: - Drive high‑impact digital strategy projects from inception to implementation. - Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business. - Mentor and coach senior consultants, fostering professional growth. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute end‑to‑end digital strategy programs for public sector executives. - Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans. - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analyses to uncover opportunities. - Produce actionable roadmaps, KPI dashboards, and transformation plans. - Present findings to boards, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders. - Monitor project performance, adjust resources, and resolve issues proactively. - Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards. Required Skills - 3–5 years management consulting experience, preferably in digital strategy. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Proven project‑management skills and ability to lead multiple engagements. - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills. - Leadership experience with senior consultants or experts. - Understanding of public sector dynamics, change management, or IT governance (preferred). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting. - Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are a plus.
