**Job Title** Account Executive – Mid‑Market (MarTech SaaS Platforms) **Role Summary** Own the full sales cycle for mid‑market MarTech SaaS solutions, driving complex, high‑value deals. Deliver persuasive value propositions to C‑level stakeholders, collaborate with SDRs, and consistently hit quarterly/annual revenue targets. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed established revenue quotas each quarter and year. - Close high‑ACV deals (mid‑market/enterprise) with a hunter mentality. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Canadian digital marketing ecosystem. - Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level prospects and maintain pipeline velocity. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end pipeline: prospect qualification → product demos → negotiation → contract close. - Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to senior executives. - Strategize and execute sales plans aligned with revenue goals. - Coordinate with SDR team to optimize lead handoff and qualification. - Stay current on MarTech and advertising industry trends to inform sales strategy. **Required Skills** - Proven hunter sales experience with a history of closing complex deals. - Demonstrated success selling MarTech SaaS platforms or selling to advertising agencies using SaaS technology. - Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to navigate and influence C‑level decision makers. - Excellent pipeline management and CRM proficiency. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. - Any relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, HubSpot Inbound Sales) are a plus.
