**Job Title**
Financial Systems Administrator
**Role Summary**
Provide day‑to‑day support, maintenance, and administration of a OneStream financial reporting platform. Drive financial close, consolidation, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with SOX requirements.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, timely financial close and consolidation.
- Maintain accurate user access, chart of accounts, and mapping between ERP systems.
- Resolve system errors quickly and document recurring issues for process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and support the OneStream environment (user security, report categories, data loads, validations).
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to complete monthly close, account reconciliations, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage day‑to‑day maintenance tasks via internal ticketing; open support cases with OneStream.
- Ensure correct data mapping/translation between multiple ERP and financial systems.
- Maintain documentation and procedures for SOX audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance OneStream usage and improve data integrity.
- Provide training and support to users (live sessions, one‑on‑one).
- Refresh development environments as needed.
- Assist cross‑functional teams as required.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency with OneStream (emphasis on administration, Cube Views, Quick Views, Excel add‑in, report development).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, multi‑site consolidations, and financial planning.
- Experience troubleshooting data mapping, custom business rules, integrations, and workflow profiles.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, change management, and SOX compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; keen eye for data anomalies.
- Strong communication skills; confident interacting with business users and stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a financial reporting system (OneStream, HFM, or equivalent).
- OneStream certification (Certified Associate in Administration) preferred.
- Continuous learning commitment toward OneStream expertise.
