**Job title** Senior Director, IT Infrastructure & Cloud **Role Summary** Strategic leader responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Oversees Infrastructure, Network, Operations, and Database teams while partnering with DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure high availability, security, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness. **Expectations** - Lead large, cross‑functional IT teams, delivering operational excellence. - Drive modernization of data centers, virtualization, HCI, SDN, and cloud‑native architectures. - Ensure robust DR, HA, and continuity across all layers. - Manage budgets, forecasts, SLAs, and vendor relationships. - Champion continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and emerging technology evaluation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect, deploy, and optimize on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and backup. 2. Manage hybrid cloud strategy, integrating on‑premise systems with Azure & AWS for elasticity and cost control. 3. Modernize infrastructure through virtualization, HCI, SDN, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS). 4. Oversee data center operations, hardware lifecycle, network security, and disaster recovery planning. 5. Collaborate with security to implement secure infrastructure practices; work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines. 6. Partner with executive leadership to identify technology initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency. 7. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, budgets, and capacity planning. 8.
