**Job Title**
Information Systems Manager (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Own the Information Systems (IS) function for a multi‑site industrial organization undergoing rapid modernization. Develop and execute a strategic IS roadmap, oversee support, infrastructure and application teams, and lead critical projects (ERP deployment, cybersecurity, system architecture, integrations). Optimize performance, budget and governance to align IT outcomes with operational excellence.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a clear, results‑oriented IS strategy in partnership with senior management.
- Ensure the continuity, security and scalability of all IT services while keeping costs under budget.
- Foster a culture of project discipline, communication and continuous improvement across the IT organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and roll‑out the IS strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead and mentor support, infrastructure, and application teams; allocate resources and set performance metrics.
3. Manage flagship projects: ERP implementation, cybersecurity initiatives, IT architecture urbanisation, business‑process integrations (e.g., GMAO, BI, IoT).
4. Monitor and enhance service quality, process efficiency, and budget adherence.
5. Design and maintain an IT governance framework focused on results, risk management, and continuity.
6. Collaborate with business units to embed project management practices and facilitate change management.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive experience (≥8 years) in IS management within complex, multi‑site industrial environments.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, ITIL/ITSM practices, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in managing infrastructure, application flows, and industry‑specific solutions.
- Strong leadership, participative management style, excellent communication, and decisive prioritisation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation/Expert, PMP, CISSP or equivalent) preferred.
