**Job Title** Information Security Consultant **Role Summary** Consultancy‑oriented security professional embedded in a law firm, delivering end‑to‑end security solutions across multiple concurrent projects. Provides governance, risk, incident response, client assurance, and training oversight, acting as the firm’s trusted security advisor to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Expectations** - Work independently and collaboratively across several workstreams. - Adapt quickly to new environments and emerging threats. - Deliver risk‑based, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, project teams, and vendors. - Maintain a proactive stance on regulatory and policy compliance. - Serve as escalation point for complex incident investigations. **Key Responsibilities** - **Multi‑Project Delivery** – Lead and support multiple security initiatives in parallel, tailoring solutions for varied contexts. - **Governance & ISMS Enhancement** – Own and refine the firm’s information security governance framework; develop and update policies, standards, and playbooks; ensure ISO 27001 alignment. - **Third‑Party Assurance** – Conduct supplier security assessments, audit due diligence, and remediation follow‑up; manage client assurance requests. - **Risk Management** – Perform comprehensive security risk assessments, define mitigation controls, and produce treatment plans following ISO 27005 or NIST RMF. - **Penetration & Vulnerability Oversight** – Coordinate testing activities, verify remediation, and close out findings. - **Incident Response** – Lead investigations, scope incidents, coordinate containment, and produce post‑incident reports; provide expert escalation. - **Cyber Awareness & Training** – Design and deliver engaging security awareness programs to embed secure culture. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 controls and experience implementing them. - Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC (or equivalent). - Cloud security expertise with AWS, Azure, or comparable platforms. - Familiarity with ISO 27005 risk management or NIST RMF frameworks. - Understanding of global data protection and privacy regulations. - Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence all business functions. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within project teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Valid ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (preferred). - Cloud security certification (AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, etc.). - Industry security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC.

**Job Title:** Cloud Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide operational support for AWS environments in a Managed Service Provider setting, ensuring stability, security, performance, and cost efficiency while addressing incidents, requests, and change implementations within defined SLAs. **Expactations:** Deliver high‑quality, timely support; participate in rotating shift and on‑call duties; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; maintain clear documentation; onboard new clients and provide actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and maintain AWS infrastructure, handling incidents, changes, and requests under SLA. - Monitor AWS workloads, respond to alerts, and implement automation for efficiency. - Conduct root‑cause analysis, trend investigation, and update knowledge base. - Assist with onboarding new customers, join client meetings, and offer recommendations. - Maintain accurate documentation of environments, processes, and changes. - Collaborate with senior engineers on optimisation, automation, and service improvement projects. - Participate in early/ day/ late shifts and on‑call roster as first escalation point. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on experience with AWS services and understanding of AWS Well‑Architected Framework. - Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation required. - Experience using cloud monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog). - Basic scripting in Python or Bash. - Strong communication, customer focus, and problem‑solving abilities. - Minimum 6 months technical support experience, preferably in an MSP environment. - Commitment to achieving AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification within 3 months. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience. - AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification (to be obtained within 3 months).
