Job title: Partnerships Account Executive – New Business
Role Summary:
Drive new business sales for hospitality media, building relationships with brands in tech, drinks, lifestyle, luxury, and travel. Conduct outbound prospecting, pitch partnerships across campaigns, collaborate with editorial, marketing, and events teams, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

- Initiate and nurture conversations from scratch, demonstrating confidence and energy.
- Maintain a well‑structured pipeline, progressing leads through the full sales cycle.
- Deliver measurable new business outcomes and contribute to partnership revenue growth.
- Work autonomously and cross‑functionally, aligning with internal teams on campaign integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target brands that align with hospitality media initiatives.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Facilitate introductory and pitch meetings, tailoring proposals to brand objectives.
- Negotiate terms, close agreements, and manage contract documentation.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and events to integrate partners into campaigns (e.g., The Good Food Guide, CODE).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, generate revenue reports, and forecast sales metrics.
- Attend industry events to expand network and promote partnership opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Proven outbound B2B sales or business‑development experience (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong time‑management and pipeline‑management capabilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with hospitality, food & drink, or media sectors is an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant sales or partnership certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, HubSpot Sales Software) preferred but not required.
