Job Description: **Job Title:** Lead Developer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and delivery of web-based geospatial solutions. Head a small team of developers, implement Agile Scrum practices, and drive continuous integration and deployment processes within a cloud environment. **Expectations:** * Spearhead technical stack decisions and architecture for Angular, TypeScript, NestJS/PHP, and PostgreSQL. * Ensure product quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and collaboration with DevOps. * Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Architect and code end‑to‑end solutions from requirements to production. * Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines on AWS infrastructure. * Coach and mentor a team of four developers; facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and oversee technical debt management. * Collaborate with a DevOps engineer to secure CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. * Deliver regular project status updates to the development lead. **Required Skills:** * Proficient in Angular and PHP (or equivalent web frameworks) with solid TypeScript knowledge. * Strong experience with PostgreSQL databases and relational data modeling. * Hands‑on DevOps: CI/CD pipeline creation, containerization, and automation tools. * Agile Scrum knowledge, including sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming. * Familiarity with UML modeling and design patterns. * Experience working in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, or equivalent). * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational competencies. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Engineer degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a scientific or technical field. * Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
