**Job Title**: Freelance Project Manager – IT/Web (18‑month assignment)
**Role Summary**
Senior freelance Project Manager with proven expertise in professional training or fraud prevention domains. Lead end‑to‑end IT/Web projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive deliverables, manage budgets, timelines, and scope. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives and industry best practices.
**Expactations**
• 18‑month freelance contract beginning January 2026.
• Must be located in Nantes or willing to work remotely/mobility within the region.
• Demonstrated track record in one of the following domains: Professional Training or Fraud (Detection & Prevention).
• Ability to assume roles such as PM, PMO, Product Owner, Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer, Functional Tester, KYC Consultant, Change Management Consultant, Data Manager/Analyst, or SEO Consultant as project needs dictate.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
3. Lead risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management processes.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, UX/UI, QA, data, compliance) to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
5. Monitor budget, track expenses, and report financial performance.
6. Ensure compliance with domain‑specific regulations (training standards, fraud prevention rules, KYC, etc.).
7. Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
8. Conduct post‑implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
**Required Skills**
- Project lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
- Strong knowledge of IT/Web technologies and development methodologies.
- Expertise in one or more of: Product/Project Management, PMO, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, UX/UI Design, Functional Testing, KYC Consulting, Change Management, Data Management/Analysis, SEO.
- Proven problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and traditional waterfall approaches.
- Ability to work autonomously as a freelance contractor.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, Data Analytics, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Domain‑specific certifications in Professional Training methodologies or Fraud Prevention/KYC regulations preferred.
