AI Solutions Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions for strategic customers. Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI/ML projects, building large language models (LLMs) and agentic systems using Python, JavaScript, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms. Provide consultative technical guidance and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
**Expectations**
- 3+ years of software engineering, preferably in AI/ML.
- Demonstrated experience in generative AI (GPT‑style models, Claude, Gemini, DALL‑E, Stable Diffusion).
- Proven client‑facing, consultative engineering background.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyze client requirements and architect AI solutions that meet business objectives.
2. Build, train, and fine‑tune LLMs and agentic systems with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
3. Integrate generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude) into production workflows.
4. Develop prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and production‑ready code in Python and JavaScript.
5. Collaborate with cloud engineering to deploy models on scalable platforms.
6. Provide technical presentations, demos, and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Maintain best practices for model governance, security, and compliance.
8. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and translate them into business value.
**Required Skills**
- Programming: Python, JavaScript.
- ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
