**Job Title** Technical Co‑Builder (Internship → First Engineer) **Role Summary** Remote, high‑intensity internship turning into first‑full‑time engineer or potential co‑founder. Works directly with the founder to ship a consumer app and a marketing strategy app before launch, owning large parts of the product from day one. **Expectations** * CS or equivalent student, graduating 2025 or 2026. * Proven ability to ship side projects with AI/vibe‑coding tools (Claude, Emergent, etc.). * Willing to switch between infrastructure, automations, dashboards weekly. * Comfortable with high‑frequency shipping and decision‑making with a non‑technical founder. * Available to commit substantial weekly hours in December and January. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Ship new features daily using AI‑first/vibe‑coding workflows. 2. Audit and optimise the full tech stack; maximize startup credits. 3. Build end‑to‑end automations: onboarding, messaging, payments, support. 4. Create internal mini‑CRM, bookkeeping system, social scheduler, and per‑app analytics dashboards. 5. Maintain a fast, low‑cost customer journey across all platforms. 6. Transition smoothly from internship to full‑time engineer or co‑founder role. **Required Skills** * AI tool integration (Claude, Emergent, etc.) and familiarity with vibe‑coding frameworks. * Full‑stack development: backend, frontend, API design, database modeling. * Automation engineering: workflow orchestration, CI/CD, serverless functions. * Dashboard and analytics development (SQL, JS/TS, charting libraries). * Payment gateway integration and basic bookkeeping/accounting. * Performance optimisation, monitoring, and cost‑management in cloud environments. * Strong communication, remote collaboration, and rapid iteration. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent, graduating December 2025 or May 2026. * No formal certifications required, but exposure to modern AI‑first development stacks is essential.
