Job Description
**Job Title** Head of Sales Canada **Role Summary** Lead and grow the Canadian sales organization, managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs). Drive national sales strategy, achieve revenue targets, and align the team’s performance with company objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable sales growth across Canadian territories. - Build a high‑performing BDM team through hiring, coaching, and development. - Maintain and expand relationships with top revenue‑generating accounts. - Represent Canadian sales in executive and cross‑functional meetings. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute national and regional sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team. - Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for BDMs and monitor execution. - Hire, coach, mentor, and evaluate BDM performance; provide feedback and development plans. - Partner with Sales Enablement, Education, and Customer Experience teams to deliver training and improve client satisfaction. - Serve as liaison between Outside Sales and internal departments to ensure alignment. - Maintain and grow key accounts; identify and mitigate risks to preserve revenue. - Participate in two annual sales meetings, leadership meetings, travel with BDMs, conferences, and partner events. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking and critical analysis. - Proven sales leadership, team building, and mentoring. - Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities. - Deep knowledge of market trends and competitive dynamics. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication. - Proactive, professional, and positive demeanor. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - 5–10 years of experience in sales leadership roles. ---
