Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary** Provide technical support and consultancy for enterprise customers of an open‑source API‑management and identity platform. Lead problem resolution, mentor a small team, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to optimize customer success and product integration. **Expectations** - Demonstrate curiosity and analytical thinking to explore unknown technical challenges. - Self‑starter: take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively across global teams. - Maintain positive communication, cultural sensitivity, and strong relationship‑building skills. - Deliver innovative ideas to improve product and technical designs. - Adapt flexible hours to meet evolving customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Own complex technical issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions alone or with engineering peers. - Lead a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure follow‑up. - Present technical consultancy and training on products to customers. - Engage in technical and non‑technical discussions via email and meetings. - Partner with engineering, pre‑sales, marketing, and sales on product and customer initiatives. **Required Skills** - Java programming proficiency. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. - Knowledge of enterprise technologies: API management, integration, and identity & access management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross‑cultural skills. - Bilingual in French and English. - Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of industry experience in software engineering. - Authorization to work within the EU. ---
