Job Description

Job Title: Java Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Java applications using Microservices and Spring Framework. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in an agile environment. Expectations: Deliver clean, efficient code; respond to scalable architectural decisions; achieve timely releases; maintain high quality standards; engage in continuous improvement and peer code reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refactor Java microservices with Spring Boot, ensuring RESTful APIs and proper documentation. - Implement scalable, fault‑tolerant solutions addressing performance and reliability challenges. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospective meetings. - Collaborate with DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and perform unit/integration testing. Required Skills: - Expertise in Java programming (Java 8/11+). - Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud). - Experience designing and deploying microservices architectures. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. - Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code. - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
