Job Description
**Job Title** Support Engineer – Hardis OMS **Role Summary** Provide senior (Level 3) technical and functional support for Hardis Online‑Marketplace System (OMS) and its Supply Chain WMS. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving production incidents, optimizing system performance, and maintaining secure, documented solutions in accordance with ISO 27001. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor Level 1/2 staff, and participate in project deployments. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, timely incident resolution and customer service. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation and operating procedures. - Enforce security policies and ISO 27001 compliance. - Mentor and train junior support teams. - Communicate fluently in English and Dutch (C2); professional French a plus. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle operational support and incident management for Hardis OMS. - Take ownership of tickets, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes. - Participate in production deployments of system updates and new features. - Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs. - Measure and report on system performance; propose optimizations. - Identify recurring issues, drive corrective actions, and prevent repeat incidents. - Train and elevate Level 1/2 support capabilities. - Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection, and ISO 27001 requirements. **Required Skills** - 3rd‑level support experience with incident diagnosis and resolution. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in documentation and process improvement. - Knowledge of ISO 27001 security practices. - Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French desirable. - Pedagogical aptitude for coaching junior staff. - Service‑oriented mindset, proactive and reactive under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 4/5) in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. - Relevant support experience (minimum 1 year). - Certifications in support or security (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001) are advantageous but not mandatory.
