Job Title Independent Entrepreneur (Mentor & Business Coach) Role Summary Provide end‑to‑end mentorship and training for aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding them from business launch through growth stages. Facilitate personalized financial and strategic advice, leveraging a structured development plan that empowers clients to achieve sustainable, scalable success. Expectations - Demonstrated entrepreneurial ambition and a strong desire to build and grow a business. - Ability to work independently, self‑motivate, and maintain focus without external oversight. - Persistence, resilience, patience, and humility in learning new concepts and methods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach, inspire, and nurture budding leaders. Key Responsibilities - Design, deliver, and refine customized mentorship programs covering business planning, finance, compliance, and market positioning. - Coach clients through start‑up phases, helping them secure capital, establish operations, and scale revenue. - Evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting strategies to meet financial and developmental milestones. - Lead training sessions for selected trainees, imparting actionable tools, best practices, and industry insights. - Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to provide additional resources and partnership opportunities. - Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture that encourages shared success and collective growth. Required Skills - Strategic planning & business development. - Financial analysis, budgeting, and investment evaluation. - Coaching/co‑aching, mentorship, and talent development. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong organizational abilities and self‑discipline. - Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and data‑driven decision making. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac +5) in a related field. - Preferable completion of one of the following FranceCompetence codes: • NSF 313 Finances Banque Assurance • NSF 128 Droit (Law) • NSF 122 Economie (Economics) • NSF 314 Comptabilité Gestion (Accounting & Management) - AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) exam qualification is a plus. ---
