**Job Title**: Student Assistant Strategy – Offshore Wind Industry **Role Summary**: Support the strategy team in executing high‑priority initiatives within the offshore wind sector. Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses to inform strategic decisions. Translate data insights into clear presentations for leadership and commercial stakeholders, and assist in project selection and tender processes. Collaborate across functions to gather and coordinate relevant data. **Expectations**: - Current enrolment in the final year of a bachelor’s program or the first year of a master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - At least 1 year of experience in a student‑level role that involved research, data analysis, or strategic support. - Strong motivation to contribute to sustainable energy and corporate development. **Key Responsibilities**: - Analyze market conditions to uncover competitor insights, industry trends, and risk/opportunity profiles. - Track technological advancements and innovations relevant to offshore wind. - Assist in planning and executing strategic projects such as fleet expansion, M&A, geographic and scope expansion. - Draft data‑driven presentations in PowerPoint; perform detailed analysis in Excel. - Support the commercial team with insights for project selection and tender evaluation. - Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests from leadership or board. - Coordinate data collection and insights synthesis with stakeholders across the organization. **Required Skills**: - Excellent research and analytical capabilities; ability to structure, interpret, and derive actionable insights from data. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel for data work and PowerPoint for presentations. - Strong written and verbal communication in English; capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences. - Proactive, curious, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Commitment to environmental sustainability and safety principles. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field; or current enrolment in the final year of such a program. - Admission to a master’s program in the same or a related discipline (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
