Job Description
**Job Title** OCD, Anxiety, & ARFID Therapist **Role Summary** Provide evidence‑based therapy for children, teens, and adults diagnosed with OCD, anxiety disorders, and ARFID within a hybrid private‑practice model. Begin part‑time with up to 12 clients per week, progressing to a full‑time caseload of up to 23 clients over time. Operate within an in‑office clinical setting and via telehealth across Texas. **Expectations** - Build a sustainable caseload: 12 clients/week initially, scaling to 23 clients/week. - Operate in a hybrid format: in‑person sessions at the office plus telehealth sessions statewide. - Secure and maintain independent clinical supervision; preferred supervisors with OCD/anxiety expertise. - Participate in light marketing, networking, and occasional workshops or presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver individual therapy to clients of all ages affected by OCD, anxiety disorders, and ARFID. - Implement evidence‑based modalities: Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. - Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with licensing requirements. - Provide psychoeducation to clients and, when appropriate, facilitate group or workshop sessions. - Engage in continuing education and professional development to deepen expertise in OCD and anxiety treatment. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in ERP, ACT, CBT, and DBT therapeutic approaches. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including teaching and presentation ability. - Bilingual Spanish language proficiency preferred; basic communication in Spanish required for client rapport. - Organizational aptitude for managing a caseload, documentation, and scheduling. - Ability to self‑directly source and maintain quality clinical supervision. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work. - Active or pending Texas license: LPC‑Associate, LMFT‑Associate, or LMSW. - Minimum one year of clinical experience with OCD, anxiety disorders, or ARFID during internship or prior practice. ---
