Job Description

**Job Title:** AI & Data Science Trainer / Coach **Role Summary:** Deliver engaging, hands‑on training and mentorship in AI and Data Science to learners, facilitating their transition to industry‑ready careers through active pedagogy and continuous skill assessment. **Expectations:** - Provide clear, patient instruction and technical guidance. - Maintain a supportive, collaborative learning environment. - Evaluate learner progress and adapt content accordingly. - Contribute to curriculum development and internal training projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver challenges, workshops, and learning activities. - Facilitate daily rituals such as stand‑ups, workshops, and peer reviews. - Conduct code reviews, assess technical quality, and provide actionable feedback. - Build and sustain a cohesive group dynamic that encourages participation and peer support. - Promote engagement in external projects, hackathons, and meetups. - Support and co‑create pedagogical material for internal and B2B training initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering. - Proficiency in Python and shell scripting. - Expert knowledge in at least one of: • Machine Learning / Deep Learning (including NLP or Computer Vision) • Data Engineering (Databases, ETL, Spark, Airflow) • Data Analysis (data cleaning, visualization, BI tools such as PowerBI/Tableau) • Generative AI (LLMs, RAGs) - Strong communication, patience, and empathy. - Passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing. - Comfortable teaching in English; French language skills are a plus. - Willingness to travel between campuses as required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS ML, Coursera/edX specializations) are advantageous but not mandatory.
