About the Company

Lorsque nous nous sommes rencontrés, une passion nous a vite réunis, le fitness. Etant deux accros à ce sport aussi passionnant qu’addictif, c’est tout naturellement que nous avons commencé à nous entrainer ensembles. Trois ans plus tard, nous sommes en couples et nous allons toujours à deux à la salle, faisons les mêmes séances et les mêmes exercices. Encore plus motivés qu’auparavant, nous avons néanmoins constaté que de nombreux fitgens se découragent rapidement dans ce sport. En effet, beaucoup d’inscrits ne savent pas toujours comment s’entrainer en salle, ne savent pas quoi faire sans matériel ou encore quelle nutrition adopter. Ne voyant pas de résultats, ils finissent souvent par baisser les bras. Recevant de plus en plus de messages de notre communauté nous demandant de partager nos entrainements, il nous est venu l’envie de créer TRAINSWEATEAT. TRAINSWEATEAT est un site communautaire où nous partageons chaque jour de la semaine notre workout journalier en salle, mais aussi tous les mois de nouvelles vidéos trainings en direct, ainsi que toutes nos recettes préférées !

**Job Title** CRM & Digital Marketing Project Intern **Role Summary** A 6‑month internship beginning January 2026 focused on designing, executing, and optimizing CRM and digital marketing campaigns for an active‑wear brand and a sports‑app startup. The role supports cross‑functional teams—e‑commerce, product, design, and social media—to enhance customer engagement and conversion. **Expectations** - Produce high‑impact, data‑driven CRM initiatives. - Collaborate closely with senior Project Managers and marketing leads. - Deliver actionable insights from campaign metrics and user behaviour. - Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and strong organisational skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **CRM Campaign Management** - Brief, coordinate, and launch campaigns across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app, and content cards. - Program and schedule messages in Klaviyo and Braze. - Segment customer/user lists for personalised communication. - Create automated scenarios and triggers to improve lifecycle experience. - Track and analyse KPI (open, click, conversion) and recommend optimisations. - Monitor industry best practices and maintain a knowledge base. 2. **Community & App Engagement** - Design and implement challenges and interactive activities for app users. - Monitor user behaviour to identify engagement levers and growth opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools (Klaviyo, Braze, or similar). - Strong analytical ability; comfortable with data visualization and KPI reporting. - Knowledge of email, push, SMS, and messaging best practices. - Excellent communication, both written and verbal. - Creative thinking, pro‑active problem solving, and initiative. - Detail‑oriented and highly organised. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student in commerce, communications, marketing, or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5). - Prior internship, academic project, or volunteer work in digital marketing or CRM is an advantage. - Demonstrated familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. ---
