**Job Title:** Founding Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications for an AI‑powered medication adherence platform. Responsible for end‑to‑end engineering, from front‑end user interfaces to back‑end services, while collaborating closely with product, design, and hardware teams to iterate quickly and ensure system reliability.

- Own end‑to‑end feature delivery from concept through deployment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and implement robust, maintainable front‑end components (React/Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, responsive UI).
2. Build and maintain scalable back‑end services (Node.js/Express, GraphQL/REST, database schema, micro‑services).
3. Integrate real‑time ingestion data, AI engine prompts, and multi‑sensor fusion APIs.
4. Apply best practices for debugging, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Collaborate with UX/UI, firmware, and analytics teams to translate design concepts into functional, high‑performance code.
6. Optimize application performance, security, and compliance (especially for healthcare data).
7. Produce clear documentation, code reviews, and knowledge transfer to ensure engineering excellence.
**Required Skills:**
- Full‑stack development proficiency (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of CSS, responsive design, and modern front‑end tooling.
- Experience with back‑end frameworks, databases (SQL & NoSQL), REST/GraphQL APIs, and authentication/authorization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, build tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving, detail orientation, and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Collaborative communication in hybrid or distributed teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare/medication management software, data compliance, and secure API design is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications; experience and proven full‑stack expertise are primary criteria.
