Job Description

Job title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead design and delivery of new product features, drive technical direction of the stack, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience for hundreds of thousands of students. Own end‑to‑end development from client‑facing applications to infrastructure services in a fast‑paced, CI/CD‑driven environment. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, well‑tested features on a continual release cadence. - Own technical leadership within the engineering team and influence product decisions. - Rapidly diagnose and resolve post‑release issues. - Mentor peers and contribute to elevation of engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using React/React‑Native, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Build and maintain modern infrastructure with Docker, AWS, and Terraform. - Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning. - Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and deploy multiple times per day. - Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, working closely with support to resolve issues swiftly.
