Job Title: Low Code Developer - £45-60K (Airtable)
Job Description: **Job title** Low Code Developer **Role Summary** Deliver automated operational solutions for brand clients by building and augmenting systems using Airtable and Make. Collaborate with Solution Architects and clients to translate business requirements into clean, UX‑centric workflows within a low‑code framework. **Expectations** - Work fully remotely (GMT ±3hrs). - Manage 2–3 client projects concurrently with support duties. - Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and feedback loops. - Complete practical assessments during a 2‑week interview process. - Commit to quarterly innovation and learning initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy custom Airtable databases, views, and automations. - Integrate Airtable with external services via Make (Integromat) or similar platforms. - Build and maintain low‑code ERPs for retail, fashion sourcing, and luxury production workflows. - Iterate on existing ERP extensions, ensuring data integrity and scalability. - Create user‑friendly interfaces that align with product‑driven brand needs. - Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and best‑practice guides. - Collaborate with senior developers (buddy system) and provide mentorship to junior teammates. - Communicate status, roadblocks, and progress to clients and internal stakeholders. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of system development experience. - Proficient with Airtable, Make (Integromat), or equivalent low‑code/no‑code platforms. - Strong data architecture and relational modelling knowledge. - UX‑oriented automation design and implementation. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively and autonomously. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in Airtable, Make, or other low‑code platforms are advantageous but not mandatory.
