Job Description
**Job Title** ServiceNow Application Analyst III **Role Summary** Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications with a focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, optimize processes, and promote best practices across the enterprise. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end SPM solutions that align with business strategy. - Own ServiceNow projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. - Provide advanced support, including on‑call responsibilities. - Mentor junior analysts and enforce platform standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct advanced analysis of ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, etc.) and design scalable solutions. - Configure workflows, forms, tables, dashboards, and reports; resolve complex platform issues. - Manage SPM implementation projects, coordinate testing, UAT, rollout, and documentation. - Lead requirements‑gathering and design workshops with business partners. - Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities within SPM lifecycles. - Participate in on‑call rotation; provide rapid issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with change‑management procedures and post‑change validation. - Produce and maintain solution designs, status reports, support materials, and training assets. - Collaborate cross‑functionally, handling confidential information with discretion. **Required Skills** - Expertise in ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and related modules. - Strong configuration and development skills (workflow, form/table design, reporting, dashboards). - Project management and delivery ownership. - Advanced troubleshooting and on‑call support capability. - Requirements gathering, detailed design, and business process optimization. - Mentoring and technical leadership. - Change‑management process adherence. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience. - Minimum five years of related professional experience. - Valid Virginia driver’s license (or equivalent). - Vendor or industry certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) preferred.
