Key Responsibilities: - Answer client inquiries and provide product information. - Handle and resolve client requests with professionalism and responsiveness. - Assess client coverage requirements and propose tailored insurance options. - Enter and update client data in the internal management system. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless service. - Conduct regular follow‑ups to confirm client satisfaction. - Participate in service improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proven experience in insurance (B2B or B2C). - Strong analytical ability to evaluate client needs. - Comfortable and confident on the phone. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking. - Client‑focused, with a commitment to service quality. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of 1 bachelor’s level qualification (Bac+2). - At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience.
