Job Description
**Job title:** Solution Design Architect **Role Summary:** Design and architect integrated solutions that align technology initiatives with business objectives for new and existing clients. Acts as the liaison between commercial, technical, and client teams, leading the end‑to‑end process from requirement gathering to solution delivery. Ensures clear scope definition, business‑to‑tech translation, and strategic alignment of workflows, while driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and scalable architecture. **Expections:** - 10‑15 years of proven experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, or technical consulting within advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content environments. - Native or fluent proficiency in German or French (written and verbal). - Deep understanding of cross‑functional collaboration and remote team management across multiple markets. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and measurable outcomes. - Comfortable leading high‑impact conversations during pitches, onboarding, and stakeholder meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Requirement Gathering & Analysis** – Conduct workshops with stakeholders, document business needs, and translate them into detailed workflows for technical execution. 2. **Process Improvement & Solution Design** – Assess current processes, recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction, and collaborate with technical teams to architect aligned solutions. 3. **Project Management & Stakeholder Communication** – Lead new client pitches, manage transition to implementation, and serve as the primary communication channel between business and technical stakeholders. 4. **Data Analysis & Reporting** – Analyze data to support decision‑making, develop measurement frameworks for new clients, and deliver concise reports and presentations. 5. **Commercial Modelling** – Build commercial models that justify workflow enhancements and support business case development. **Required Skills:** - Solution architecture and marketplace integration - Business requirements analysis - Process mapping & improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) - Project management (Agile/Scrum) - Cross‑functional stakeholder management - Data analysis & BI reporting - Strong written and verbal communication - Fluency in German or French - Proactive risk identification and mitigation **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner).
