Job title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Role Summary: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions in a financial services environment, overseeing a team of developers and ensuring high-quality, scalable, secure, and performant applications.
Expectations: • 12–18 years total experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Proven record of leading and mentoring development teams, delivering projects on schedule, and managing technical debt.
• Strong knowledge of financial industry processes and mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Direct development activities, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation (design specs, architecture diagrams).
• Mentor and coach a team of developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
