Expactations: - Deliver end‑to‑end solutions, from concept to production. - Collaborate with senior engineers across all layers. - Participate actively in design, architecture, and roadmap discussions. - Champion clean, reliable, open‑source code and engineering best practices. - Maintain a growth‑driven, craftsmanship‑focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Build polished, high‑impact UI components and applications. - Own development from specifications through release. - Engage in design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. - Produce open‑source code that enhances developer workflows. - Contribute to engineering culture, best‑practice development, and long‑term technical direction. Required Skills: - Full‑stack development expertise (React/TypeScript, Node.js/Go, SQL/NoSQL). - Strong problem‑solving ability across complex scenarios. - Proficient in delivering intuitive interfaces and polished tooling. - Comfortable with rapid iteration, ownership, and learning‑oriented collaboration. - Experience with version control, CI/CD, and open‑source contributions preferred.
