**Job Title**
Functional Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate large‑scale functional projects within an Information Systems transformation program. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of 200+ annual projects, ensuring quality delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, promoting a culture of quality and collaboration across business, technical, infrastructure, and PMO teams.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrated success managing complex IT and digital transformation projects for 8+ years.
- Proven ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments and drive change.
- Strong communication skills in French and a working proficiency in English.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Steering**: Define scope, develop schedules, monitor progress, and manage costs, quality, and risks across BUILD and RUN phases.
- **Risk & Issue Management**: Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; make trade‑off decisions to secure project success.
- **Requirements Management**: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications; validate with stakeholders.
- **Testing & Deployment**: Guide acceptance testing, oversee deployment activities, and ensure smooth transition to production.
- **Process & Governance**: Contribute to the evolution of project management processes; promote best practices and change readiness.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners; serve as the central point of communication.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and quality enhancement; implement lessons learned.
**Required Skills**
- **Project Management Methodologies**: Agile, V‑cycle (waterfall), ITIL.
- **Budget & Planning**: Resource allocation, cost control, schedule adherence.
- **Risk Management**: Identification, analysis, mitigation planning.
- **Functional Design**: Requirement elicitation, specification drafting, solution validation.
- **Technical Understanding**: IT architecture, application delivery models, integration concepts.
- **Digital Transformation Experience**: Familiarity with digital initiatives and organizational change.
- **Tools & Platforms**: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace, collaboration suites.
- **Leadership & Communication**: Facilitation, influence, stakeholder management.
- **Languages**: Fluency in French; working knowledge of English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Agile or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is an advantage.
