Job Description
Job title: Implementation & Success Manager (Salesforce Partner) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success of a Salesforce‑native platform. Act as primary customer liaison, guide configuration, troubleshoot, and promote AI capabilities while feeding product insights into development. Drive upsell opportunities and support cross‑functional initiatives. Expectations: Execute rapid, customer‑centric implementations within a startup pace. Manage independent workload, adapt to varying hours, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Deliver AI‑enabled usage guidance and create repeatable support assets. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard, configure, test, and roll out the platform for new customers. - Provide day‑to‑day assistance: troubleshooting, configuration, best‑practice coaching. - Conduct meetings, demos, training sessions, and success reviews. - Educate customers on AI outputs and feature usage. - Identify upsell opportunities and earn commission on achieved sales. - Produce documentation, guides, videos, and repeatable processes using AI tools. - Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to advance operations. - Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence platform direction. Required Skills: - Strong Salesforce CRM understanding – confident configuration and administration. - Eager to deepen Salesforce expertise continuously. - Bonus: Experience in Salesforce development (JavaScript, HTML, Apex). - Excellent communication and relationship‑building. - Self‑driven, proactive task ownership, and ability to work autonomously. - Comfortable with flexible hours for customer needs. - Reliable home‑office setup (internet, workspace, laptop). - UK‑based (proximity to London or East of England welcomed). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
