Job title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role Summary: An outbound-focused SDR responsible for generating and qualifying mid‑market and enterprise prospects, building pipeline, and booking high‑quality meetings for the global sales team. The role requires proactive outreach, strong qualification skills, and collaboration across functions to support sales expansion. Expectations: - Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets for qualified leads and booked meetings. - Demonstrate resilience and persistence in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover prospecting environment. - Act as a seamless bridge between inbound inquiries and the sales leadership team, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate information transfer. Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified pipeline through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. - Manage and respond to inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently. - Identify new business opportunities that align with the ideal client profile. - Qualify leads via strategic questioning, active listening, and documentation of needs, pain points, and buying signals. - Book high‑quality meetings in line with sales targets and communicate value propositions clearly. - Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, recording all activities, conversations, and lead progression. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to nurture leads and provide insights for campaign optimization. Required Skills: - 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience, with a preference for outbound roles. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Resilient, self‑starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive. - Ability to build rapport quickly, remain positive under rejection, and work effectively in a team. Required Education & Certifications: - BA, BS, or master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or an equivalent field. - Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience (internships and part-time roles included).
