**Job Title:** Senior Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Technical pre‑sales professional who partners with sales to understand customer requirements, design and prototype AI networking solutions, conduct proof‑of‑concepts, and drive complex software deployments. Acts as a technical advisor, delivering presentations, workshops, and product feedback while staying current on AI networking, Kubernetes, and cloud trends. **Expectations:** - Leverage deep cloud and AI infrastructure knowledge to influence sales cycles and close deals. - Deliver high‑quality technical demos and PoCs that validate solution value. - Communicate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders. - Contribute to product roadmap through feedback and identified improvement opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events and travel as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage customers to capture business and technical requirements; design tailored solutions. - Lead PoC evaluations, install, configure, and troubleshoot deployments in customer environments. - Provide technical leadership in meetings, presentations, and workshops; address queries and objections. - Collaborate with sales to advance opportunities from qualification through closure. - Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements. - Produce technical documentation, demos, and proof‑of‑concept artifacts. - Stay updated on AI networking, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and GPU technologies; share insights internally and externally. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in solutions architecture or engineering, preferably in cloud/AI infrastructure. - Proven pre‑sales experience with PoCs and stakeholder engagement. - Hands‑on expertise with AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI. - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GPU infrastructure. - Deep understanding of networking protocols and concepts. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux; familiarity with Go, C/C++, Java a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship‑building and customer‑centric mindset. - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
