**Job title:** Retail Media Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the expansion and management of retail media sales and partnerships in Morocco, driving revenue and campaign performance for brands, agencies, and financial partners across GMC platforms. **Expectations:** - 5‑7 years of marketing or sales experience in media agencies, consumer goods, or e‑commerce. - Proven ability to sell advertising products, meet sales targets, and build long‑term client relationships. - Strong analytical, negotiation, project‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Bilingual French/English written and verbal communication. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyse the Moroccan media landscape; identify and prioritize new prospects (FMCG, non‑endemic brands, media agencies, financial institutions). 2. Develop localized retail‑media strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives. 3. Educate prospects and partners on advertising offerings; lead sales conversations and close deals to hit BP targets. 4. Build and nurture strategic relationships with brands and agencies. 5. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver flawless ad campaigns. 6. Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance; evaluate impact on partner and company KPIs. 7. Identify, propose, and implement continuous product and partnership innovation. 8. Generate success stories and share best practices. 9. Manage and mentor a small team of sales/marketing professionals. **Required Skills:** - Strategic prospecting and pipeline management. - Negotiation and closing of advertising deals. - Campaign execution oversight and performance analytics. - Project management and stakeholder coordination. - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel. - Understanding of paid, owned, earned media and performance KPIs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing, or related field.
