Job Description

Job Title Frontend Engineering Intern - Cloud Visibility Platform Role Summary Part‑time remote intern on a cloud‑visibility product, focused on building and optimizing front‑end user interfaces. Works within a sprint‑based cycle, translating design specifications into production‑ready Vue.js components while maintaining high performance and usability standards. Expactations Deliver functional UI features within agreed sprint timelines. Keep code quality high with automated tests and peer reviews. Actively contribute ideas for interface improvements and performance boosts. Key Responsibilities - Develop reusable Vue.js components and pages based on design mockups. - Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant UI throughout the application. - Debug, test, and document front‑end code; use Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for automated testing. - Integrate with back‑end services, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. - Participate in code reviews, merge pull requests, and maintain version control hygiene. - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and DevOps to align on feature specifications. Required Skills - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front‑end frameworks (Vue.js). - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI best practices. - Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and basic CI/CD concepts. - Capable of debugging, performance profiling, and writing unit/integration tests. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for a remote environment. - Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - Completion of relevant courses in front‑end development or cloud fundamentals is advantageous.
