Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Role Summary:
Design, lead, and deliver end‑to‑end scalable and secure Salesforce solutions for federal clients. Own full technical architecture across Salesforce clouds, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and federal compliance.
Expectations:
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- 7+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a technical or solution‑architecture capacity.
- Proven leadership in Agile environments with strong stakeholder communication.
- Ability to mentor development teams through design, implementation, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Salesforce solutions, defining system architecture, data models, security, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce (Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud).
- Lead technical reviews, approve documentation, and manage release packages.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, Section 508, and data‑security standards.
- Identify technical risks, recommend mitigations, and resolve complex platform challenges.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing practices.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and long‑term Salesforce roadmap for government programs.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, sharing, and integration.
- Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Strong development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Git) and CI/CD best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
- Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance.
