**Job Title**
Application Project Manager – Urban Passenger Transport
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end application development projects for public transport information systems (ticketing, SAEIV, planning, GMAO). Coordinate internal IT teams and external partners, ensuring technical, regulatory, and budgetary compliance, while driving deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of transport applications.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with measurable quality and risk controls.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication across business, IT, and vendor groups.
- Uphold cybersecurity, data protection (GDPR) and regulatory standards across all solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Author functional specifications, technical requirements, and project charters.
- Plan, monitor, and report project progress; create and manage KPIs.
- Conduct and oversee functional and technical testing, acceptance phases, and go‑live operations.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project committees and sprint planning.
- Facilitate user training and post‑deployment support.
- Maintain knowledge bases, operating procedures, and continuous improvement activities.
- Lead technology scouting and integration of emerging intelligent transport solutions.
**Required Skills**
*Technical*
- Deep knowledge of public transport application suites: ticketing, SAEIV, planning, maintenance (GMAO).
- Understanding of SI architectures, relational databases, and data integration.
- Hands‑on use of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello).
*Methodological*
- Proven experience in project life‑cycle methodologies (V‑model, Agile/Scrum).
- Strong documentation skills – requirement, design, test cases, user guides.
*Behavioral*
- Leadership, decisive decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac + 3) to Master’s (Bac + 5) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Significant professional experience in an analogous role within the urban passenger transport sector.
- Validity of certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus but not mandatory.
