Job Title: Fullstack Software Engineer
Role Summary
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features for a telehealth platform. Work across front‑end, back‑end, and infrastructure layers to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable services that support clinicians, partners, and patients.
Expectations
- 2–10 years of full‑stack development experience.
- Hybrid work: 3 days per week in office.
- Well‑versed in modern development practices, code quality, and continuous delivery.
- Ability to independently drive projects from requirements through deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, code, test, and deploy full‑stack functionalities using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Manage infrastructure as code with AWS CDK; support cloud deployment, scaling, and security.
- Integrate third‑party services (payment gateways, APIs) and internal APIs to extend platform capabilities.
- Resolve cross‑stack incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and ops teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security; implement improvements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and platform evolution.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with IaaS (AWS) and AWS CDK for infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Version control with Git, use of GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Familiarity with payment integrations (Stripe, Mercado Pago, etc.).
- Exposure to Zoho, Healthie, or similar health‑tech platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No mandatory certifications, though knowledge of AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) is advantageous.
