Job Description: **Job Title** Chef de projet automatisme – secteur environnement/eau (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead and manage end‑to‑end automation projects for environmental and water treatment installations (water treatment plants, potable water plants, industrial processes). Oversee design, programming, supervision, testing, and commissioning while maintaining client relations, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. **Expectations** - Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial automation. - 5 + years of supervision/SCADA experience. - Proven management of small technical teams (2–3 members). - Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and demonstrable leadership. - Strong French/English communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive project scope, objectives, and deliverables for environmental/water automation initiatives. - Design and program PLCs (Schneider Electric, Siemens). - Supervise development of industrial supervision (WinCC, PCVue, Panorama, etc.). - Plan, coordinate, and execute FAT/SAT, on‑site commissioning, and handover. - Maintain the project budget, schedule, and quality metrics. - Act as primary client liaison throughout project lifecycle. - Mentor and upskill team members; contribute to technical offerings. **Required Skills** - Expert knowledge of Schneider and Siemens PLC systems. - Advanced proficiency in industrial supervision platforms (WinCC, PCVue, Panorama). - Project management, planning, and cost control. - Team leadership and stakeholder communication. - Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and continuous improvement mindset. - Familiarity with environmental/water treatment processes is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. - Professional certifications in PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider) and SCADA/OPC are preferred.
