Job Description

Job title: Web Application Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal and external web applications. Own projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring usability, performance, and maintainability across browsers and platforms. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality web solutions on schedule. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of modern web technologies, frameworks, and best practices. - Work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business and user requirements into functional web‑based solutions. - Design and develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (.NET, MVC, etc.). - Build server‑side logic, integrate databases (SQL) and third‑party services. - Ensure cross‑browser compatibility (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and responsive performance. - Deploy applications to staging and production environments. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues. - Document architecture, code, and integration flows. - Research emerging technologies and recommend enhancements. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar). - Experience with .NET‑based server environments (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). - Working knowledge of SQL Server or comparable relational databases. - Familiarity with front‑end build tools (Webpack, npm/yarn) and version control (Git). - Ability to ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design. - Proficiency in debugging tools and performance profiling. - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication with stakeholders and team members. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications in .NET development, JavaScript frameworks, or cloud platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) preferred.
