Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing & GTM Strategy
**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for defining global product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for beauty/CPG products. Oversees launch execution, promotional programs, and cross‑functional alignment to drive brand growth across international markets.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of product marketing, GTM strategy, or project‑management experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer packaged goods.
- Proven ability to manage portfolio‑level marketing and global launch calendars.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Data‑driven decision‑making with focus on timeline, budget, and performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain global product positioning, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for new and core products.
- Conduct consumer‑insight and competitive analyses to inform differentiation and whitespace opportunities.
- Create and distribute product marketing assets (briefs, toolkits, FAQs, training guides, campaign decks).
- Lead global GTM strategy, manage the Master Brand/GTM calendar, and produce unified launch toolkits.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent, timely execution of launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and execute global promotional initiatives (sampling, curated sets, limited editions) in partnership with Retail, Education, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and operational workflows for promotional programs.
- Serve as central liaison for Marketing, Product Development, Retail, Education, Social Media, PR, and Influencer teams; support agency briefings and campaign activations.
- Track launch and promotional performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
