Job Description

**Job Title**: Security and Fire Engineers **Role Summary**: Experienced engineers responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and fire alarm systems across assigned regions. **Expectations**: - Deliver high‑quality installations and fault‑finding for security and fire systems. - Work independently and as part of a skilled engineering team. - Operate a company vehicle and actively participate in on‑site deployments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Install and configure intruder alarm systems (Texecom, Pyronix, Galaxy). - Deploy CCTV solutions (Hikvision IP, Turbo, Analogue). - Install access control equipment (Paxton, Winpak). - Install and maintain fire alarm systems (Advanced Electronics, C‑TEC, SSR). - Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting of installed systems. - Ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. **Required Skills**: - Proficient knowledge of security and fire alarm installation and maintenance. - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and system documentation. - Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills across all levels. - Full UK driving licence. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in security and fire alarm engineering. - Valid engineering or technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Security Systems, Fire Safety Technician, or equivalent). - Current industry certifications (e.g., CENELEC, UK‑CC, or similar) preferred.
