Job Description

**Job Title** Data & BI Analyst **Role Summary** Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders and support AI-driven reporting and automation initiatives, primarily using Power BI, SQL, and data integration tools. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality dashboards and reports that enable faster decision‑making. * Own data quality, governance, and integration to ensure reliable, accurate insights. * Collaborate across operational, commercial, and support teams to understand requirements and present findings to non‑technical audiences. * Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline analytics processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse large, multi‑source datasets and develop robust data models. * Design, build, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards, including DAX calculations and performance tuning. * Integrate data from APIs, spreadsheets, and core systems; manage data refresh cycles and validation checks. * Support AI‑driven insights and automation, reducing manual reporting tasks. * Present insights clearly to stakeholders and provide guidance on dashboard usage. * Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintain best‑practice processes. **Required Skills** * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst working with complex datasets. * Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, Power Query). * Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation. * Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. * Excellent presentation and communication skills for non‑technical audiences. * Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities. * Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related field. * Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Power BI, or equivalent. ---
