Job Description

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Role Summary: Lead end-to-end AI initiatives to modernise development and QA processes, driving an AI‑first culture within a technology organisation. Expectations: Deliver AI‑powered tools that streamline code generation, testing, and debugging; influence cross‑functional teams to adopt AI practices; continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies for operational impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement AI pipelines for automated code generation, unit and integration testing, and debugging workflows. - Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) based developer assist tools into CI/CD pipelines. - Promote AI‑centric development practices across engineering and QA teams, fostering adoption and continuous improvement. - Conduct research and experiments with generative AI, predictive analytics, and related ML techniques to deliver measurable productivity gains. - Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and security teams to deploy scalable, containerised AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Mentor engineering staff on AI best practices, prompt engineering, and model fine‑tuning. Required Skills: - Proven experience engineering AI/ML solutions, with advanced proficiency in Python. - Hands‑on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face frameworks. - Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI‑driven developer tools. - Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure. - Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to influence engineering and product teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. - Professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, TensorFlow Developer Certificate) are a plus.
